Business Development Specialist Dutch Market

Were looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join our international team in Barcelona and help businesses across EMEA discover the right Google Cloud solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Identify new sales opportunities and create qualified leads (SQOs)

  • Execute outbound calls & emails, including cold outreach

  • Engage with C-level decision-makers and understand their needs

  • Map customer challenges to Google Cloud solutions

  • Manage accounts, leads, and opportunities via Salesforce

  • Support team KPIs on productivity, conversion, and pipeline

What Were Looking For

  • C2 Dutch + fluent English

  • Experience in outbound/B2B sales or business development (IT is a plus)

  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts

  • Strong communication and solution-selling skills

  • Comfortable working with sales targets

  • Organized, proactive, and commercially minded

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs

  • Background in IT prospecting or cold calling

  • Familiarity with the Dutch market
